management regarding internal control weaknesses with
recommendations.
2. Actively involve in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and modifying
business process with respect to SAP standards.
3. Leading and reporting monthly stock taking of warehouse inventory..
4. Review and improve financial and internal control framework.
5. Handling construction projects and conclude them to payments.
6. Monitor G.L, advances to vendors and customers, material ledgers,
consumption, trail balance and perform required reconciliations.
7. Check and verify all payments to contractors, commissions, local &
foreign vendors and transporters.
8. Review and streamline internal SOPs of every operational area with
close interaction with departmental heads.
9. Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures
in accordance with local and international best practice.

1. Maintain general ledgers by making and posting entries.
2. Updating, reconciling and finalizing the Trial Balance on monthly basis.
3. Prepare, check and verify monthly accrual entries.
4. Verification of full and final payments to employees.
5. Verify cash and credit sales invoices as per approvals.
6. Carry out stock taking on monthly basis and make adjustments.
7. Prepare bank, cash, suppliers, customers and branches reconciliations.
8. Check production, damages and consumption of materials.
9. Monthly and yearly closings of accounts and posting periods.

6. Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
